The most important governmental action in Albany every year is the development and passage of the Executive Budget.

Kevin’s professional experience (senior legislative budget analyst and as a regulator involved in health system funding) coupled with over 35 years experience as an advocate for a variety of interests in the Budget process gives him the knowledge, experience and skills necessary for you to be optimally competitive in securing your Budget priorities.

Kevin will work with you first to develop and implement a strategy that maximizes the chances that your Budget priorities are reflected in the Governor’s Executive Budget submission. Once the Executive Budget is released, Kevin will help you develop and implement a strategy to work with both the Executive and Legislative branches to ensure that your priorities are reflected in the enacted Budget.
